What Is an Aluminum Honeycomb Cleanroom Panel?
An aluminum honeycomb cleanroom panel uses two metal facings around a hexagonal aluminum core. The cell geometry delivers high rigidity at low weight, with a flat, anti-static and wipe-clean surface for walls and accessible ceilings.
The aluminum core is lighter and flatter over long spans than mineral-filled panels, though it provides less thermal and acoustic insulation. Choose rock wool when insulation leads, and honeycomb when weight, flatness or ceiling strength matters most.
